Ajay Narayan Khandagale is a highly passionate BTech mechanical engineer with a keen interest in the management domain. He strongly believes that the current market is full of competition and a rat race, and if one is better than others, then nothing can stop them from achieving what they want. His experience in the past has taught him to be humble, work hard, and stay self-driven to achieve his goals. Currently pursuing an MBA from IIM Amritsar, Ajay is a student of the 2020-22 batch. He is a Design Engineer at M.S. Associates and has previously worked as a Project Intern at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. During his internship, he worked on a project in the Aerospace department aimed at solving an important issue in the agricultural sector in rural India. He also worked on improving the productivity of sugarcane production and subsequently reducing bagasse and dry wastage. Ajay has also worked as a Design Engineering Intern at Gtarang Energy Solutions. During his tenure, he designed and developed an innovative, easy-to-use, and portable stove that solved customer problems, including heavy weight issues and easy burning of dry waste for efficient burning. The stove was also beneficial for environmental concerns as it produced efficient burning with less harmful gases. Ajay's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering and Technology, Vishnupuri, Nanded, and a Master of Business Administration degree from IIM Amritsar. He also has a 12th board degree in Science and an SSC degree from D.A.V. Public School, Nerul. With 3.78 years of relevant experience, Ajay is a highly motivated individual who is passionate about his work. He is a quick learner and has a strong ability to adapt to new challenges. Ajay is a team player and believes in working collaboratively to achieve common goals.
